At Glow n Gain, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and reliably across Pakistan.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer delivery across Pakistan, subject to courier service availability.

2. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days after the order is placed.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually:

2–6 working days

Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, seasonal rush, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Any free-shipping offer or promotional delivery offer will be clearly mentioned on our website.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan, subject to courier and location availability.

For COD orders, payment must be made to the courier rider at the time of delivery.

We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be shared with you through SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Please allow some time for the courier tracking system to update.

7. Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete:

• Name
• Phone Number
• Delivery Address
• City/Area

If an order cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable, the contact number is unreachable, or the address is incorrect or incomplete, the courier may attempt delivery again or return the parcel to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please keep the original packaging and product until the issue has been reviewed.

We may request photos or an unboxing video to help resolve the issue.

9. Delivery Delays

Glow n Gain is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
